We stand behind KovaOne Joint Restoration Chews with a full 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, we will refund your purchase — no questions asked.
90-Day Guarantee
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. This applies to your first order only. We offer this guarantee because we are confident in the results our product delivers when used as directed over the full trial period. Joint health takes time — we ask that you give KovaOne a genuine chance before requesting a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our support team at support@kovaone.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.
You do not need to return the product to receive your refund. We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@kovaone.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Subscription Orders
For subscription orders, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting us at support@kovaone.com or logging into your account. Cancellations requested after a charge has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle. Already-shipped subscription orders are covered under our standard 90-day guarantee for first-time subscribers.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on orders where the 90-day window has passed, on second or subsequent orders placed after a refund has already been issued, or on orders that were returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of approval, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kovaone.com.
