Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $4.95.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost and typically arrive within 1-2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. KovaOne is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@kovaone.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
KovaOne is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. If the package cannot be located, please reach out to us at support@kovaone.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately and email us at support@kovaone.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
